Family Plan FAQs

What is the Friends & Family Plan?
This is a monthly unlimited wash membership that offers a 25% discount for any additional vehicles added to the group.
How will I be charged?
All memberships under the same Friends & Family Plan group are deducted at one time and charged monthly to the group leader on the recharge date. The recharge date is based on the date that the group leader first signed up for the unlimited membership.
How does sign up work?
The group leader is the cardholder and must be present to add any memberships to his/her Friends & Family Plan group. Any additional memberships will be charged full price at sign up and then charged with the 25% discount on the group leader’s recharge date.
Do I get charged now when I add people to my plan or on my recharge date?
You will be charged the day the membership is added to your plan. It is recommended to set up all vehicles on the same day or on the recharge date to avoid less than 30 days between charges.
Can I move my fast pass sticker from one vehicle to another?
No, do not tamper with the fast pass sticker. Each vehicle will need to have its own sticker. Tampering with fast pass stickers will void your membership.
How can I add or remove members from my Friends & Family Plan Group?
Group leaders can add and remove memberships in his/her group without affecting the other memberships in the group. If a group leader is removed/cancelled all memberships in his/her Friends & Family Plan group will also be cancelled and will need to sign up again, if they wish to continue their membership.
Do I have to have the same plan as the group leader?
Yes.

What is the Unlimited Wash Club?

Our Unlimited Car Wash Club is a membership service that pays for itself in just over 2 washes per month! It gives members the opportunity to wash their car or truck once daily for an entire month! An incredible value and great way to protect your investment in your vehicle.

The Green Clean Unlimited Fast Pass is a no-contract program and you can cancel anytime.
Green Clean Auto Spa will charge to the authorized user's credit card account at the time of purchase each month at a recurring rate until it is cancelled online or at the place of purchase. No cancellations made over the phone.
The Green Clean Unlimited Fast Pass is for residential use only. It is not valid for commercial vehicles, taxi's, Uber, Lyft, or any rideshare vehicles.
Green Clean Auto Spa reserves the right to cancel membership or transfer any vehicle to the Green Clean Fleet Unlimited Plan if the vehicle has been identified as a commercial vehicle.
There are no statements issued to the customer when the Green Clean Unlimited Plan payment bills each month.
Green Clean Auto Spa reserves the right to cancel the Green Clean Unlimited Plan at any time for any reason.
Green Clean Auto Spa reserves the right to cancel a guest's Green Clean Unlimited Plan membership if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system.
Monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the place of purchase at least 30 days in advance.
License plate recognition cameras or radio frequency identification devices will be used to identify a guest's individual vehicle plan.
The corresponding Green Team Unlimited Fast Pass sticker must be installed on the driver's side windshield at the time of purchase by Green Clean Auto Spa authorized personnel.
Unauthorized use or tampering with RFID sticker will result in account termination. Replacement RFID stickers are $6.00.
Any Green Clean Unlimited Fast Pass payments shall be payable and are non-refundable regardless of usage.
Cancellations must allow up to 7 business days to complete.
Online or in-person cancellations must allow up to 7 business days to completely process through merchant providers.
